It seems that Moscow has now gone from a fairly round area and shape to a shape of a keyhole. The total area of Moscow has literally doubled in size. I guess that this makes the road project that circles Moscow a little bit more critical…
This all happened because Moscow has moved the government outside of the old Moscow boundaries and they annexed huge portions of the Moscow area. Looks like the population of Moscow just grew a whole bunch in one swipe of the pen…
It will be interesting to see the fallout from all this shuffling. I will post a picture as soon as we get to see the new Moscow land area…
